How to increase youtube/metacafe buffering speed with simple codes

With this Trick You can increase the buffering speed of uploaded videos try it.
 

Procedure: 

1. Goto start menu and type run
2. Then press enter button
3. Type system.ini into run search bar
4. Then again press enter button
5. After that a notepad file is open look like below...

Just copy below code and paste into this notepad and save.
